Service Description
Without a locking nut key, or if your wheel nuts are damaged, it is impossible to remove your wheel. Our fitters are all trained to expertly removed locking wheel nuts, and are also able to remove wheel nuts that are damaged, snapped or seized and unmoving.
Cancellation Policy
Once a job has been confirmed and payment has been made, any cancellations are subject to a £80 cancellation fee. This assumes that the fitter has not yet collected the tyre and begun their journey to the booking. Once the fitter has collected the tyre and is on their way to the booking, the cancellation fee is no longer applicable, and the entire callout fee can no longer be refunded. In the rare event that a locking nut cannot be removed, we are only able to refund the service charge and we are unable to refund the callout charge. In the rare event that a tyre cannot be fitted, we are only able to refund the price of the tyre and we are unable to refund the callout charge.
